This is an Austrian-made Siemens / Lohner-DÜWAG SGP E1 tram model, that was started to manufactured in 1966. The people often call it the "Red Tram of Vienna", due to its color and the Austrian capital city where it was originally operated. These trams were in service in Miskolc, Hungary between 2003-2015.

Main street of Miskolc, to the right it is the so-called Insurance Palace (in Hungarian "Biztosító palota"), the three-story building of the former First Hungarian General Insurance Company

The three-story so-called "Insurance Palace" (in Hungarian "Biztosító palota") in Miskolc downtown was the building of the former First Hungarian General Insurance Company (in Hungarian "Első Magyar Általános Biztosító"). It was probaly built in 1909 and in 2006 the Customs and Excise Department ("Vám- és Pénzügyőrség") used it as offices. It is hard to find any information about the architect(s), but the building is strikingly similar to the Art Nouveau style palace of the First Hungarian General Insurance Company in Nagykanizsa, which was built between 1913-1914 and designed by Géza Aladár Kármán and Gyula Ullmann Hungarian architects. Because both buildings look quite similar, they were headquarters of the same insurance company and built almost the same time (there are just couple of years difference), it could be possible that both were designed by the same architects as well.
